Behind Bllue Eyes

Maureen, a native Northern New Yorker, found that knitting, crocheting and craftwork made for good therapy, both physically and emotionally. Diagnosed with a rare genetic illness in 1978, Maureen has been working on various projects, which are now available through NATC. Her ideas come from a place inside here, somewhere “behind blue eyes,” and from her love of birdhouses, gardens and flowers.
She also created a crochet thread holder which help keep the ball of thread or yarn from dropping and rolling across the floor. Very handy.
