Blue Chip Designs

Blue Chip Designs is a small jewelry company utilizing recycled computer chips. Designer Alicia Murphy creates unique, hi-tech jewelry from intricate chips rarely seen by the consumer, which were manufactured to be the rains and memory in personal computers. The fundamental pieces include 4MB and 16MB memory chips, microprocessors and custom logic chips. The complex photolithographic process and protective coating of each chip yields its own unique characteristics and shimmer.
